Yes, we provide professional mounting services for all ski and binding purchases. Please provide your boot sole length (mm) and rider profile during checkout to ensure a safe and accurate setup.
What is your return policy for technical winter gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, mounted skis and custom-molded boots are final sale.
How long does shipping take for bulky equipment?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Large items like skis and snowboards are shipped in reinforced protective packaging via specialized couriers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Are your products covered by a manufacturer warranty?
Absolutely. All hardware and apparel sold at Snow Skiers Warehouse are authentic and come with full manufacturer warranties against defects. We will assist you in processing any warranty claims directly with the brand.
Do you ship internationally for ski trips abroad?
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the gear and the destination country.
