Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is in unused, brand-new condition.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
